Twice previously we could not get inside the Church which is located on a beach. This time it was closed too, but we talked to a "Father" ( it was amusing to refer to an adolescent as "father" ) and asked him to let us in. Results of restoration did not prove to be long lasting, and the hell with them.
The castle did not change during the year. Probably, money for restoration ran out. Inside of it resides someone of bum like appearance.
Inside the castle a wild mix of frescos takes place. Some are made in 16th century, some in 18th century, some are modern candy wraps.
The icons, made of foil and color paper, and light bulbs without the shades speak of poverty.
Here is yet another forthcoming.
This is what is left of 16th century painting. I never observed floral pattern in orthodox Churches, this is more characteristic of the mosques.
By "Father's" words, this wavy pattern depicts a vineyard.
Looking at the faded traces of the 16th century painting, it is hard to figure out how this painting looked originally.
